This Privacy Policy explains which personal data Algo Market Labs® collects when you visit this website, purchase a license and use the Software, why it is processed, and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
1. Data controller#
The controller responsible for the processing of your personal data is Darko Josipovic, sole proprietorship trading as Algo Market Labs®, Route de la Plaine 18, 3960 Sierre, Switzerland.

2. Data we collect#

Payments are handled by Stripe. Algo Market Labs® does not receive or store your card number or security code. We never ask for, and do not collect, your MT5 or broker passwords.

4. Service providers (processors)#
We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions, bound by data processing agreements:
- Stripe: payment processing, fraud prevention and payment records.
- Hosting provider: hosting of the website, customer dashboard and license server.
- Supabase (database hosted in Switzerland, Zurich): orders, licenses, activated MetaTrader 5 accounts and download log.
- Email provider: delivery of order confirmations, license information and support correspondence.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention#

6. Your rights#
Subject to the conditions set by applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access: obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy of it.
- Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure: have your data deleted, unless we must retain it to meet a legal obligation.
- Restriction: request that processing be limited in certain circumstances.
- Portability: receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
To exercise these rights, write to privacy@algomarketlabs.com. We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country of residence.
7. Security and changes to this policy#
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to customer records.
